This recipe is the creation of our good friend Sharna! Sharna is a self confessed “Foodie” who clearly LOVES her cooking…
And hopefully in the coming months she will share more of her love of cooking (and her recipes) with us!
This recipe features my own handmade naturally smoked Chorizo. Sharna has built the smokiness of the Chorizo around that the delicate flavour of the chicken with the lovely saltiness of the Feta together with the tomatoes and the Chilli Marsala to leave you with a meal that ticks all the boxes
Filling but yet at the same time not too heavy, flavoursome, reasonably healthy and altogether Delicious!
